At The Chamber of Commerce Thrissur, we strive to provide clarity and transparency regarding our payment policies. Payments

  1. Accepted Payments: We accept payments for membership fees, donations, and event fees through our website or authorized payment partners.
  2. Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made to The Chamber of Commerce Thrissur are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, membership fees, donations, and event fees. We collect membership fees in advance before creating a membership. If after verification, we deny to accept your membership, we will issue a refund at the earliest. Normally in 7 days. 
  3. Unauthorized Payments: If a payment is made without your consent, please contact us immediately. Unauthorized payments will be reviewed, and if verified, will be refunded.

Delivery

  1. Digital Services: As The Chamber of Commerce Thrissur primarily deals in digital services such as memberships, event registrations, and donations, there are no physical goods to be delivered.
  2. Confirmation Emails: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the service you have paid for. Please retain this email for your records.

Returns

  1. Non-Applicability of Returns: Since our services are digital and/or membership-based, there is no physical product to return. Thus, returns are not applicable.

Refunds

  1. Refund Policy: As stated, payments made for memberships, donations, and event fees are non-refundable. However, if a payment was made without your consent, please contact us immediately to review the situation. Verified unauthorized payments will be refunded.
